1. What we are

AsiaShutter is a business-to-business marketplace. We connect buyers and suppliers; unless an order is placed through escrow, the contract of sale is between the buyer and the supplier.

2. Your account

Use your own mobile number, keep your sign-in secure and give true business details. One person may hold one account.

3. Listings

Suppliers must list only goods and services they can lawfully sell, with honest prices, photos and specifications. Prohibited items, counterfeit goods and misleading listings are removed, and repeat offenders are suspended.

4. Leads and messages

Use buyer contact details only to answer the request they sent. Spam, scraping and resale of leads are not allowed.

5. Payments and escrow

Plan fees and credits are billed with GST invoices. Escrow orders follow the release and dispute rules shown at checkout.

6. Reviews and reports

Reviews must describe a real purchase. Anyone can report a listing, profile or message; our staff review every report.

7. Liability

We verify documents where a badge says so, but we do not guarantee any trade. Check goods, terms and the other party before you pay.
